Barrier-free door entrance

The door entrance was designed without a threshold so that barrier-free entry and exit is possible. entrance and exit is possible.

Interior floor panels

The 15 mm thick base panel is made of birch plywood (Riga Ply) and coated on both sides with a phenolic film that is UV-resistant. The user side has a rough screen-printed embossing in honeycomb format with fire protection class Bfls1.

Parking props

With the 4 Parking props, the trailer can be levelled even on difficult terrain. The maximum support load per support is set at 150 kg when stationary.

Business premises ordinance

The construction trailer is categorised as a workroom, so the guidelines of the Workplace Ordinance apply here. This means that an interior height of at least 2.30 m must be maintained. A certified and tested 220 V system with lighting, fuse, switch and sockets must be available. A vestibule and a window with privacy screen are also mandatory.

Slip-resistant step

The tread has been designed with slotted holes so that the tread surface is slip-resistant. This means that even with heavily soiled footwear, a high level of slip resistance is guaranteed.

Anti-theft device

Provisions have been made against theft. The hinge bolts are secured in place with a nut that cannot be opened with standard tools.

P-BOX tightness

The perfect protection against wind and weather. No splash water penetrates, but optimum air exchange is still guaranteed.

Optional adapter beams

The STEMA S-BOX offers several lashing options to transport a wide variety of goods safely. For special applications, we have developed separately available adapter beams for the use of blocking rods, which are inserted directly into our existing notch system. Thus the box walls are decoupled and do not have to be drilled, screwed or glued afterwards.

Diagonal forced ventilation

The passive forced ventilation ensures a good climate in the construction trailer. A laminar flow forms between the closed entrance door and the rear wall of the construction trailer. This prevents moisture from forming in the room. This prevents the formation of mould.

Design cargo individually

The large, dimensionally stable outer surfaces of the box trailer are made to be designed according to your wishes. Simply send us your print data and we will do the rest. Our vehicle design team guarantees clean execution and impressive results.

The Plywood Model

The box body Plywood is made of 15 mm multilayer wood with white plastic coating inside and out. The rear wall of the box is equipped with a large single-leaf door and stable espagnolette. The STEMA Plywood box is equipped with a rear left-hand parking support.

90° corner

The 90° angled corners of the roof and wall profiles with embossed STEMA logo round off the trailer and the new design.
