In principle yes, as long as the manufacturer still offers the spare parts. To prepare a bid, we needed the drawing number and the manufacturer of the axle in addition to the vehicle identification number. Both can be read off the type plate directly on the axle.

The delivery time is usually 10 business days from the order date. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 6 weeks. However, this only affects spare parts / accessories for car trailers, which are currently no longer produced.

With the variety and above all longevity of our car trailers, it is not possible to offer all items in the online shop.

Yes, in giving the complete and correct vehicle identification number (WSE…), your order is checked and correctly processed by our employees.

If you order an item that is not appropriate for your car trailer, you will be informed by customer service immediately.

We recommend the Stema service partners. Of course, you are free to choose the workshop outside of the warranty period and maintenance work. If you cannot find a service partner in your area, you should instead always choose an authorised and trusted workshop.

The left rear light contains a fog lamp and is therefore more expensive than the right side.
