STEMA successfully passed the DEKRA 2013 monitoring audit.

The DEKRA Certification GmbH confirms once again STEMA’s compliance of DIN ISO 9001:2008. At the same time, the external and neutral auditors were impressed by growing stability in the management system.

This was determined on the basis of how STEMA defines its procedures and processes and how these are documented in the quality management handbook, and of course how these are implemented in practice. “The customer benefit, which grows out of this, is the continually consistent high delivery quality of our products,” said Wilfried Rode - Quality Manager at STEMA.

Why is a neutral audit so important?

For the manufacturing of a car trailer, norms and quality grades must be adhered to. These are monitored continually through strict inspection processes during production.

The goal is to maintain consistency in safety and quality to a larger extent. The company is protected against irregularities, such as from external influences like with purchased parts, through firmly defined control and regulatory mechanisms.

With the neutral and independent inspection from DEKRA experts, STEMA and its customers receive a high degree of reliability or rather trust in the assured product characteristics. And all of this from a very objective perspective. » To the STEMA Trailer Product Range
