1. General information

1.1 Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH is organizing a competition that is free of charge for individual participants: The winners will have the unique opportunity to win 2x 2 tickets each for the Custombike Show 2025. To enter, participants must follow Stema on Instagram or Facebook and tag at least one friend under the post. All comments received between November 19, 2025, and November 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. will be entered into the competition. After the competition has ended, the winners will be determined by lottery at the headquarters of Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH.

1.2 Participation and the prize draw are subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. There is no cost to participate. You may incur costs from your mobile phone provider.

1.3 The terms used in these terms and conditions apply to both female and male forms and are expressly not used to the disadvantage of either gender.

2. Binding nature of these conditions of participation

2.1 Participation in this competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

2.2 By commenting on the competition post, the competition participant expressly accepts these conditions as binding.

2.3 Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

3.1 All persons/companies/businesses are eligible to participate, with the exception of all employees of the organizer, also referred to as the operator, Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH.

3.2 Anyone aged 18 or over is eligible to participate. Participants must be able to prove their eligibility, e.g. by presenting identification.

3.3 Participation by minors is prohibited by law. Comments submitted by minors cannot be considered during or after the prize draw.

3.4 The operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude participants or players from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

• (a) in the event of manipulation during the course of the competition,
• (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,
• (c) in the event of unfair practices, or
• (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4. Participation process / prize draw

4.1 The winners will be determined by means of a random draw from among all eligible participants.

4.2 The prize draw is independent of the purchase of any product from Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH.

4.3 The winners will be announced shortly after the draw

5. Distribution of prizes

5.1 The decisions of Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH are final. No inquiries regarding this matter will be answered. Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if any difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the competition.

5.2 The limited prize will be delivered to the winners after they have been determined. The prize is non-transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize that are due to factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition. Any photos of the prizes may vary from the prize delivered.

5.3 A cash payment of the prize value is not possible.

5.4 Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. In the event of incorrect allocation of prizes due to incorrect data, the claim to the prize may be forfeited in extreme cases.

5.5 Once the prize has been transferred to the winner or the participant's authorized adult representative, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner. Technical or other problems beyond the control of Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH are not subject to liability.

5.6 If the winner does not respond within one week of being requested to do so, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

6. Data protection

6.1 Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH collects, stores, uses, and processes the personal data provided by applicants/participants (email address, name, company, date of birth, address) in accordance with data protection regulations solely for the purpose of participating in this competition. The personal information you provide to us in the context of such a competition will be used exclusively for determining the winner, notifying the winner, and sending the prize. We will only process your personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, insofar as the processing is necessary for the provision, implementation, and execution of the competition (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or you have consented to the processing (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). After the end of the competition, the data of participants who have not won will be deleted immediately or, in the case of the winner, after the expiry of the statutory retention period.

6.2 The contact for data collection is the marketing department of Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH.

6.3 The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without consent. The data will be treated as strictly confidential. The data will not be used for advertising purposes or to send newsletters. Express permission is required for this. Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH expressly excludes any liability for damages caused by its legal representatives or vicarious agents through culpable storage, use, or processing of the data.

6.4 By participating in the competition, each participant implicitly and voluntarily consents to the storage, processing, and use of their personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition.

6.5 Participants may revoke their consent at any time, even after winning a prize. Revocation must be sent in writing to the organizer's contact details (Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH, Marketing Department, Riesaer Straße 50, 01558 Großenhain, Germany, subject: Instagram/Facebook competition). After revoking consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately. However, complete deletion of the data will result in exclusion from the competition, as the key data required to identify the participant will no longer be stored electronically and a participant cannot be identified in order to successfully participate in the competition and its implementation.

6.6 During the competition, the participant has the right to inquire with the responsible person about the scope of the processing and use of their personal data until the competition has ended. Furthermore, the participant has the right to request the correction or completion of incomplete personal data in writing without delay.

6.7 The participant has the right to request that the responsible person immediately delete the relevant personal data after the end of the competition. The responsible person will take all appropriate measures to delete the participant's relevant personal data.

6.8 The participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.9 By participating, the winner agrees that their name may be published in texts and any photos created as part of the competition in the media, and that Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH may use their name in text, photos, and images across all channels (Stema website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

7. Prize details.

7.1 Stema Metalleichtbau GmbH is giving away a total of 1 prize: Two tickets to the Custom Bike Show 2025 Please refer to section 6.9.

9. Applicable law

9.1 Questions or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of the Stema website.

9.2 The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

9.3 Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Severability clause

10.1 Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
